Golden, crisp rice-and-lentil crepe roasted to perfection in pure cow ghee. Aromatic, rich, and irresistibly flavourful. Served with coconut chutney and sambar.
Our Ghee Dosa is a celebration of simplicity. A thin crepe of fermented rice and urad dal batter, poured onto a hot cast-iron tawa and brushed liberally with pure cow ghee. The ghee caramelises as the dosa cooks, giving it a nutty aroma and a crispness you can hear from across the table. Served with three chutneys (coconut, tomato, and our house mint-coriander) and a small bowl of piping hot sambar with drumstick and okra.
